Happy Easter!
I will be popping over to see what the Easter Bunny left for Tristan this morning. But thought I would leave you with a few photos from Tristan’s first Easter egg hunt. It went through my mind how monotonous it would be to fill 16,000 plastic eggs. And I wondered about the hiding of them. But, due to the snow, the “hunt” was more of a grab. It appeared the eggs were just dumped in the mall parking lot. Three separate areas for different age groups.
Doesn’t he look like he’s ready to take off running to grab eggs?
Do you think it’s because I shared some of my Mocha Frappuccino with him?
After his initial taste he kept wanting more and more and more. Until his mama said, “No more.” and tried to distract him with the eggs. Then the grab hunt was on.
His Daddy helped him gather eggs and protected him from getting stepped on by the other parents.
*Dennis took the two photos of Tristan drinking the Starbucks, I was busy holding the straw.
Whee! That's a lotta eggs! LOL
And what happened after the caffiene hit the cutie patootie's system?!?!
Great pictures. Happy Easter!
Such fun!! I love the photos...and it really cracked me up to see the
little guy sucking away on your mocha capp!!
Lisa, you've won a book. Hope you love it. Just send my your shipping,
and it'll be on it's way. rjprytz at hotmail dot com.
What great pictures! It looks like Tristan had a great time and the rest
of you, too!
I didn't know they had public egg scavenging things like that. It looks
like he had a good time. Any time with mocha frappaccino would be fun.
I've never seen so many eggs in one place!
Oh my, there are quite a few eggs, and that baby is mighty cute.
Oh WHAT fun. He is such a cutie. I bet that was an absolute blast!
So cute and wow loads of eggs, chocolate overdose :)
Oh my word! That isn't a hunt, it's a spreeee!
MMMmmm Mocha Frappuccino. I hope it doesn't make him bounce off the walls
like it does me. Of course maybe if I would only take a couple of slurps
from a straw, it wouldn't affect me either. Yum! The egg 'grab' is so
funny. I thought half the fun is actually finding the eggs, but I guess
when you're little an easter grab is just as fun.
Thanks for sharing the lovely photos :)
